My StrengthsQuest results, which I find myself identifying with more each day, designates my top five qualities as Includer, Positivity, Developer, Responsibility, and Woo. I also found that three of my top five qualities lie within the Relationship Building category, meaning that I have a natural affinity for connecting with others and winning them over. Out of my top five qualities, I think it is most important for others to see me for my positivity because it is something I live by each day. Throughout my life so far, people would describe me as a bubbly, energetic, happy person. I chose to respond to the theme question using my positivity quality in order to connect it with the sunflower picture I used in my earlier response. Sunflowers have been my favorite flower for a long time because they represent an ideal i follow every day: positivity. I would like others to see this in me to serve as a source of motivation and inspiration. Also, my peers will also be able to see my other qualities through my positivity. My positivity places emphasis on the remaining four top qualities, which makes it my best quality to be seen by others.
